The Spiral Flute Step Drill drills and deburrs in one process. It is ideal for use on non-ferrous metals, sheet steel, plastic & stainless steel up to 3mm thick. It is suitable for use with non-hammer action portable power drills. It has a self-starting split point that removes the need for a pilot hole. 2 flute design for smooth cutting. TiN coating reduces heat & increases lubricity for extended life.It is made with a premium HSS M2 raw material for extended life. It has 3 flats areas on the shank to help prevent slippage in the chuck.
