10 Gauge 12 TPI x 30mm Class 3 Galvanised Countersunk XR / Phillips Self Embedding Head Type 17 Screw
Countersunk Self Embedding Head Type 17 Screws are suitable for fixing timber panelling to timber. The Countersunk head provides a flush finish suitable for things like hinges and brackets. This screw provides a clean aesthetic finish. The long sharp self drilling point with a flute (Type 17) cuts the timber fibres as it screwed in. The timber fibres are collected in the flute which reduce the potential of splitting.
